Terms and conditions for the rental of The Flower House

The Flower House is bookable for weeks or months.
Change over is normally Saturday, but can be negotiated.

A 50% deposit will secure a booking only when the funds have been cleared and is non-refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start date of your rental period.

There is also a £150 breakage deposit which needs to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of your rental period. This will be returned 2 weeks after the end of your rental period. We suggest a cheque which we will hold and cash only if necessary.

When final payment is received a comprehensive pack containing travel details and information about the locality will be provided.

All bed linen and 2 towels are provided as well as a welcome pack.

The house is cleaned twice a week.

Visitors are given a contact number in case of problems and the local residents are friendly and helpful.

There is a Barbecue.

The villa has air conditioning in the upstairs living area.

The villa has mains water & electricity. All service costs are included.

Beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided on the local beach.
